| Remittance Advice Documents and Payment Documents | Twice monthly: Mid-month and end of month beginning in August of academic year and continuing until August of the following year. After August: Monthly or depending on volume until closeout of the academic year. |
| Student Status Listings | Electronic Files Data Files for both full and abbreviated versions are available every Monday beginning in May of the academic year and continuing until July of the following year. Prior year's files will be available monthly through September. A final report will be available in December. The Student Status Listing Report These reports on the Web will be available for viewing and printing the third Monday of the month (the same schedule as paper was produced.) |
