HESC has been made aware of an issue with the Comprehensive Student Status Listing (comp SSL) this week. As outlined in the below bulletin, HESC is processing Aid for Part-time study (APTS) manually for Fall 2022 for students are receiving both APTS and Part-time TAP, until programming to automate the process is finalized.

Students whose APTS awards have been processed by HESC will now display on the comp SSL. The program code for APTS is '44' which is reflected on the file. This program code must be included on your software system for the student’s information to process. A revised record layout is here.
