2018-19 TAP Certification Closeout is August 30, 2020

Dear Colleagues,

HESC is closing out TAP certifications for the 2018-19 academic year which ended June 30, 2019.

All student certification transactions for 2018-19 rosters must be submitted before August 30, 2020.

Transactions left pending or in an error status after this date will be decertified by HESC.

Pending Certifications

To review pending student certifications transactions for 2018-19 academic year, click on View/Submit Pending Certification and select "Pending" under status. Enter the appropriate values for each record(s) and click on the Submit button in the lower left corner of the screen. You will receive a message at the top of the screen indicating whether it was successfully submitted.

 

Certification Errors

Schools must also resubmit certification transactions that were not processed due to errors. To view errored student certifications transactions, click on View/Correct Student Certification, select "Errored" under status, make your corrections. Click on the Submit button in the bottom left corner of your screen. You will receive a message at the top of the screen indicating whether it was successfully submitted.
