Scheduled HESC System Outage - Oct. 1, 2020

Dear Colleague,

On Thursday, October 1, 2020 from 6:00 am to 6:00 pm, the Higher Education Services Corporation (HESC) staff will be performing required system maintenance on the HESC portal in order to prepare for the release of the 2021-22 TAP application.

During this time, access the following systems will be unavailable:

• HESCWeb Transaction Processing (grants and scholarships, loans via the web and HESC correspondence)
• View loan status
• View TAP status
• Request TAP forms
• Update TAP college code and addresses
• Questionnaire
• TAP online change form
