As you know, HESC has been working hard to modify its systems to process certifications for students receiving financial aid awards under the NYS DREAM Act. In the next few weeks, HESC expects to place the DREAM Act recipients for the 2019-20 awards on rosters for certification. We will be providing you with more detailed instructions for processing these awards once all programming has been completed.
