TAP 2014-15 Academic Year Close Out: Final Documentation is Now Available
TAP processing for the 2014-15 academic year has closed.
All payment and certification transactions received by HESC for the 2014-15 academic year have been processed. Although HESC will no longer accept electronic certifications for 2014-15, transfers of liabilities will be accepted for one year from the date of reduction.
All payment documents, accounting reports, and remittance advice documents for the 2014-15 academic year are available for viewing and printing at hesc.ny.gov. Please review your accounting documents for refunds due. Please remit your refunds within the next 30 days to prevent offsets to future TAP payments. Send refunds to: HESC, TAP Cashiers, 99 Washington Ave - Room 1500, Albany, NY 12255.
