Spring Excelsior/ETA Manifest

Dear Colleagues,

On Friday, May 18, 2018, HESC issued the first HE8977 – Excelsior/ETA manifest for the Spring term of the 2017-18 academic year. The Manifest only includes students who were certified or decertified for the Fall 2017 semester for the Excelsior or ETA award. As you continue to certify your students for the Fall term, additional names will be added to future Manifests for certification.
