Dear Colleagues,

The Aid for Part-Time Study (APTS) program requires each school to complete the Participation Agreement each year. The 2019-2020 APTS Participation Agreement is now available on the HESC website. The Participation Agreements can be accessed under "Forms and Bulletins" in Secure Transaction Processing and must be postmarked by June 15, 2019 to be considered for APTS funds. The Aid for Part-Time Study student application for 2019-2020 is also available.

As with TAP, the income requirements for the Aid for Part Time study program for 2019-2020 will be based on the prior-prior year (PPY) income; awards will be based on income for the 2017 tax year.
