Remittance Advices, Manifests and Payment documents for the 2017-18 academic year are available for viewing, printing and downloading on HESCWeb.
TAP or Scholarship Roster and Excelsior or ETA Manifest Certification transactions submitted on HESCWeb or by electronic file transfer will not be processed after June 30, 2019.

The 2017-18 academic year will be closed-out on June 30, 2019. No student certifications resulting in award payments will be accepted after this date.
