HESC will be processing the Summer certifications today for students who were placed on the Summer 2019 Payment Rosters in June. The Remittance Advices and associated payments will be issued tomorrow and will contain student Social Security Numbers since these awards were determined prior to the implementation of the DREAM Act.

As previously notified, any reports or files beginning with the Fall 2019 term and any subsequent terms going forward must contain Student College ID rather than an SSN. If you have not yet provided the Student College ID’s for your students, please send the information as soon as possible. HESC will not be able to provide information or send requests for information for Fall term recipients if we have not received a Student College ID.

HESC
