Regulatory Activity

Pursuant to the State Administrative Procedure Act, the public may comment on proposed regulations within 45 days of their publication in the New York State Register by the Department of State.

Invitation for Public Comment on the Rules of the New York State Higher Education Services Corporation 

There are no regulations published for public comment in the State Register at this time.

HESC filed a Notice of Emergency Adoption with the New York State Department of State, in connection with the NYS Science, Technology, Engineering and Mathematics (STEM) Incentive Program on June 25, 2015, which will be published in the State Register on July 15, 2015. The rule is effective upon filing with the NYS Department of State.
