To assist in complying with Executive Law, Section 106-a, effective January 1, 2008, the following is a link for the Unofficial NYCRR on the Department of State's Website.
HESC filed a Notice of Adoption with the New York State Department of State on May 22, 2018 in connection with the Tuition Assistance Program which will be published in the State Register on June 6, 2018. This rule became effective upon filing with the Department of State.
HESC filed Notices of Emergency Adoption with the New York State Department of State on May 25, 2018, in connection with the New York State Get on Your Feet Loan Forgiveness Program and the New York State Achievement and Investment in Merit Scholarship (NY-AIMS), which will be published in the State Register on June 13, 2018. These rules became effective upon filing with the Department of State.
