HESCPIN User Assistance or Identity Verification

  • Use the HESCPIN Assistance form to get help with unlocking or resetting your HESCPIN account or completing your identity verification.

Excelsior Scholarship/Enhanced Tuition Award

Appointments are available between 9:00 a.m. and 4:30 p.m. ET Monday through Friday.

Need to send HESC documentation related to your Tuition Assistance Program (TAP) application or award?

  • TAP paper applications, ETA (Express TAP application), Affirmation and Consent forms for signatures and social security numbers/TIN (Tax Identification Number) (student and parent), residency questionnaires, change forms, and RFI’s (requests for information) can be emailed to This email address is being protected from spambots.
