Single/Sole Source Awards

HESC has contracted with General Dynamics Information Technology (GDIT) on a sole source basis for the provision of Tuition Assistance Program (TAP) application processing services.  The contract period is from 12/1/14 through 9/30/22.

HESC has contracted with National Student Clearinghouse on a sole source basis for four (4) agreements on the provision of information related to HESC's TAP, Grants and Scholarships, and FFELP programs.
